Required Experience:
-
1 year minimum experience in writing and selling Personal Insurance lines
-
Must hold Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License
Responsibilities:
-
Servicing existing clients; - billing, policy changes, cross-sell opportunities, claims, coverage questions, account reviews, and client education.

Inside Sales of home, auto, umbrella, dwelling fire, and specialty lines that come in from our referral partners.

Working with all RTTI team members to provide the best overall experience for our clients.
Qualifications:
-
Must be able to work independently

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-
Experience using a CRM; Active Campaign, Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.

Ability to adapt and integrate into new technology + management systems
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Must be able to commit to scheduled office hours
